Equitas Small Finance Bank allotted 174,562 equity shares to employees under its ESOP scheme on July 02, 2026.
The allotment increased the bank's paid-up share capital from ₹1,143.72 crore to ₹1,143.90 crore.
New shares rank pari-passu with existing equity shares and were issued under the ESFB Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2019.
