Equitas Small Finance Bank allotted 21,48,829 equity shares pursuant to employee stock option exercises.
The bank's paid-up share capital increased from ₹1,141.57 crore to ₹1,143.72 crore as a result.
The new shares rank pari-passu with existing equity shares and were issued under the ESFB ESOP Scheme, 2019.
