Equitas Small Finance Bank Limited has allotted 4,574 equity shares of ₹10 each to option grantees who exercised their options under the ESFB Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2019. The allotment occurred on October 06, 2026.
The paid-up share capital of the Bank increased from ₹11,44,12,69,170 (₹1,144.13 crore) to ₹11,44,13,14,910 (₹1,144.14 crore) as a result of this allotment.
The newly allotted equity shares will rank pari-passu [equal in all respects] with the existing equity shares of the company in all aspects.
