Equitas SFB Grants 20.16 Lakh ESOPs at ₹67.34

Equitas Small Finance Bank granted 20,16,168 employee stock options at an exercise price of ₹67.34 per share under its 2019 scheme.
The options will vest equally over three years starting from the grant date of April 28, 2026, subject to applicable criteria.
The grant was approved by the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and complies with SEBI's Share Based Employee Benefits Regulations.
