Equitas Small Finance Bank allotted 287,860 equity shares to employees under its ESOP Scheme on May 05, 2026.
The bank's paid-up share capital increased from ₹1,141.285 crore to ₹1,141.573 crore due to the allotment.
New shares will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares in all aspects.
