Equitas Small Finance Bank's committee approved a grant of 300,000 employee stock options at an exercise price of ₹77.08 per share.
The options vest over four years with 25% annually, contingent on service continuity and performance assessments.
The grant is governed by the ESFB ESOS 2019 scheme and complies with SEBI's Share Based Employee Benefits regulations.
The new shares will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares, including for dividend entitlements.
