Eraaya Lifespaces converted 12.75 lakh warrants into equity shares at ₹81 each for promoter entity Just Right Life Limited.
The conversion increases paid-up capital to ₹21.43 crore and completes the full 1.5 crore warrant allotment from January 2025.
The new shares rank pari-passu with existing equity and were approved by the fundraising committee on April 29, 2026.
