Eraaya Lifespaces Allots 31.25 Lakh Equity Shares

Eraaya Lifespaces' fund-raising committee approved the allotment of 31,25,000 equity shares at ₹81 each to promoter Just Right Life Limited.
The allotment follows the conversion of warrants issued earlier, increasing the company's paid-up capital to ₹20.98 crore.
The new shares will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares, and the meeting was held on April 23, 2026.
