Eraaya Lifespaces converted 32 lakh warrants into equity shares at ₹81 each for promoter entity Just Right Life Limited.
The conversion increases paid-up capital to ₹21.30 crore and raises promoter holding from 5.02% to 6.44%.
The transaction was approved by the Fund-Raising Committee meeting held on April 28, 2026.
