• Board approved company name change from Eraaya Lifespaces to Ebix Limited and ₹425 crore fundraising plan.
• Leadership reshuffle with three director resignations and four new appointments including Prof. Anil Kumar as Independent Director.
• Approved issuance of 28.6 lakh shares to Ebix Inc shareholders for non-cash consideration to acquire full subsidiary ownership.
• Convened EGM on June 8, 2026 to seek shareholder approval for these resolutions and other business authorizations.
