Executive Background
Alok Kumar brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across staffing, workforce management, executive search, skilling and international talent mobility. Prior to joining ERAM, he served as Chief Executive Officer of NSDC International, an entity operating under the aegis of the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Government of India. In that role, he helped advance the government’s vision of positioning India as a trusted global talent partner by creating structured international mobility pathways and strengthening partnerships across Europe, the Middle East and the Asia‑Pacific region.

The appointment aligns with ERAM’s long‑term growth strategy to significantly expand its Human Capital Management (HCM) business across India and global markets.
