Erayak Power shares jumped 71% on Friday after announcing a strategic shift to a U.S.-centric R&D model via its North American subsidiary Nexora.
The company unveiled a new Tri‑Fuel Inverter Generator range (9‑13 kW) with Auto Transfer Switch and UPS Solar Inverter for AI‑edge and smart‑home backup.
Erayak will centralize R&D, customer service and planning in the U.S., supported by automated manufacturing at Ruike Electronics and a dual distribution model.
Chairman and CEO Lingyi Kong highlighted the move to become a vertically integrated power solutions provider targeting markets like Texas and Florida.
