ESAB India Appoints Curtis Jewell as Chairman

ESAB Holdings withdrew Kevin Johnson and appointed Curtis Jewell as Non-Executive Chairman and Nominee Director effective May 1, 2026.
Jewell will chair the Risk Management Committee and serve on four other key board committees including Audit and Nomination.
The appointment follows SEBI LODR Regulation 30 requirements with Jewell appointed for a five-year term.
