ESAF Small Finance Bank Limited is implementing 'Oracle FLEXCUBE' as its new Core Banking System (CBS) along with various business applications and other allied applications as part of its ongoing digital transformation programme. The migration is scheduled from October 23, 2026 (Friday at 06:00 PM) to October 26, 2026 (Monday at 10:00 AM).
Service Impact During Migration
During the migration period, the following banking services will remain temporarily unavailable: ATM services, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Debit Cards, Agency Banking, and UPI services.
Purpose and Expected Benefits
The new CBS system and applications are intended to strengthen the Bank's technology architecture by enhancing operational efficiency, system resilience, scalability, and service capabilities. The upgrade will further strengthen the Bank's risk management and regulatory compliance framework, support the introduction of innovative products and services, reduce time-to-market, and improve service delivery across customer touchpoints.
Customer Communication Measures
The Bank has undertaken extensive customer communication through various channels and has advised customers to plan their transactions in advance to minimize inconvenience. The Bank is taking all necessary measures to ensure a smooth migration and will endeavour to restore all services at the earliest upon successful completion.
