ESAF Small Finance Bank Allots 13,898 ESOP Shares

ESAF Small Finance Bank disclosed an ESOP allotment of 13,898 equity shares to employees under its 2019 scheme.
The allotment was approved by the Nomination Committee on April 13, 2026, with an exercise price of ₹15.51 per share.
Post-allotment, the bank's total issued share capital increased to ₹515.68 crore with 51.57 crore shares outstanding.
The disclosure was made pursuant to SEBI LODR Regulations and Share Based Employee Benefits regulations.
