The primary agenda of the meeting is to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27). These financial results will be subjected to limited review by the joint statutory auditors.
In compliance with the Bank's Code of Conduct under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in equity shares/securities of the Bank has been closed for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. The closure period is from July 01, 2026 until 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of the financial results, specifically through August 02, 2026 (both days inclusive).
