Launch Overview
On 16 July 2026, ESDS Software Solution Ltd, a sovereign cloud and data‑centre provider, announced the general availability of two enterprise‑grade security platforms built entirely on Indian soil: Swaraj Nandi, a Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution, and Swaraj Hansa, an AI‑powered autonomous Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platform. The launch event was attended by Dr. Ashwani Mahajan, National Co‑Convener of the Swadeshi Jagaran Manch, who served as chief guest.
Platform Details
- Swaraj Nandi provides a single control plane for privileged credential management, session governance and compliance reporting. It vaults and automatically rotates all privileged credentials—including root passwords, service accounts, API keys, SSH keys and database credentials—so that no human ever sees a production password in plain text. Every privileged session is forced through a Zero‑Trust session manager that requires explicit approval and multi‑factor authentication, with no standing privileges. Sessions are recorded keystroke‑by‑keystroke in a tamper‑resistant, searchable audit trail, and built‑in behavioural analytics flag anomalous commands before damage occurs.
- Swaraj Hansa collects, correlates and triages security signals across an organisation’s infrastructure. Each alert is presented with a plain‑language explanation, enabling analysts to act without relying on opaque scores. New data sources are onboarded through a guided, largely no‑code setup, eliminating weeks of custom rule‑writing. The platform runs autonomously, monitoring its own health, operating in a high‑availability configuration with no single point of failure, and can be deployed in air‑gapped or private‑cloud environments for organisations that require full data sovereignty.
Compliance & Deployment
Both platforms map directly to the regulatory frameworks governing India’s most regulated sectors, including the RBI IT Framework, SEBI’s CSCRF, the DPDP Act, PCI‑DSS v4.0, ISO 27001 and NIST CSF. Their access‑approval workflows, session recordings, credential‑rotation logs, risk‑scoring reports (Nandi) and alert‑triage records and audit trails (Hansa) satisfy audit and incident‑reporting requirements of each framework, providing a ready‑made compliance path.
The solutions are available immediately across three deployment models: on‑premise, private cloud, and as‑a‑service. Swaraj Nandi supports Linux and Windows servers as well as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle, and Cisco and Juniper network devices. Swaraj Hansa can operate standalone, including in air‑gapped environments, and is suited for organisations that cannot depend on foreign infrastructure.
ESDS is offering structured proof‑of‑concept and pilot engagements for qualified organisations in banking, government, insurance, healthcare and large‑enterprise sectors. Interested enterprises may request technical demonstrations or compliance‑assessment consultations through ESDS’s enterprise engagement team.
Market & IPO Disclosure
In the same release, ESDS disclosed that it is proposing, subject to requisite approvals and market conditions, an initial public offer of its equity shares. A Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and is available on the company’s website, SEBI’s portal, and the websites of the book‑running lead managers (DAM Capital Advisors Ltd and Systematix Corporate Services Ltd), as well as on the NSE and BSE sites. The company cautioned investors that equity investment involves a high degree of risk and directed them to the “Risk Factors” section of the prospectus.
Executive Remarks
- Piyush Somani, Promoter, Managing Director and Chairman of ESDS, highlighted that every organisation faces two critical exposure points: privileged credentials that can unlock everything and security‑alert noise that no team can keep pace with. He emphasized that Swaraj Nandi vaults and rotates every credential under Zero‑Trust principles, while Swaraj Hansa provides AI‑driven detection with human‑owned decisions.
- Komal Somani, Whole‑time Director, CMO and CHRO of ESDS, noted that trust inside an enterprise has traditionally been an assumption, and the new platforms give organisations verifiable controls rather than reliance on trust alone.
- Abhishek Bhatt, Secretary General of the Bharath Digital Infrastructure Association (BDIA), stated that sovereign digital platforms like those from ESDS are essential to India’s digital leadership and self‑reliant future.
- Dr. Ashwani Mahajan underscored the strategic importance of indigenous cloud, AI and cybersecurity ecosystems for reducing strategic dependence and positioning India as a trusted global technology leader.
Overall, the press release announces the launch of two indigenous security platforms, details their technical and compliance features, outlines deployment options, and signals ESDS’s intent to go public.
