Board Meeting Details

The Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for Thursday, August 6, 2026. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board will also consider the Limited Review Report from the Auditors, as required under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
