The primary agenda for the board meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for both the half year and quarter ended on September 30, 2026. The board will also review the Limited Review Report from the Auditors on these financial results, as required under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
