Espire Hospitality Appoints Anish Shah Independent Director

Espire Hospitality appointed Mr. Anish Shah as a Non-Executive Independent Director effective May 1, 2026, for a five-year term.
The company appointed M/s. Kapil Aman & Associates as the new Internal Auditor for the financial year 2025-26.
All board committees were reconstituted to include the new director, with Mr. Dileep Kumar remaining Chairman of each.
