Espire Hospitality Signs JW Marriott Kosi Kalan Agreement

Espire Hospitality signed an agreement with Marriott International to develop a JW Marriott branded resort in Kosi Kalan, Mathura.
The JW Marriott Kosi Kalan Resort & Spa is anticipated to open in January 2029 and will feature 151 guestrooms, suites, and villas.
The 14-acre property is strategically located on the Delhi-Agra corridor and is expected to serve as a wedding and MICE destination.
