Espire Hospitality signed an agreement with Marriott International to manage a new JW Marriott Resort & Spa near Vrindavan, scheduled to open in January 2029.
The company expanded its portfolio to 20 hotels by adding five new properties in Goa, Katra, Patna, Dehradun, and Rishikesh, with two already operational.
The 14-acre Vrindavan resort will feature 151 luxury keys, multiple dining venues, a spa, event spaces, and is positioned in the uber-luxury segment.
Espire plans to open 15 new hotels and resorts by the end of FY27 as part of its rapid expansion strategy.
