Espire Hospitality announced agreement with Marriott International to develop JW Marriott Resort & Spa near Vrindavan, slated to open Jan 2029.
The 14‑acre resort will feature 151 keys, including rooms, villas with waterfalls, a Presidential Suite, and extensive wellness and event facilities.
Espire currently manages 20 properties and aims to add 15 new hotels and resorts by FY‑27, expanding its uber‑luxury portfolio.
