Ethos Limited has intimated the stock exchanges about an upcoming Board of Directors meeting scheduled for Monday, August 3, 2026. The primary purpose of this meeting is to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (both Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27).
Additionally, the Company has implemented a Trading Window closure in compliance with the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Insider Trading Prohibition Code. The Trading Window for all Designated Persons (as defined in the Code) was closed starting Wednesday, July 1, 2026. The Trading Window will remain closed and is scheduled to reopen after 48 hours from the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
