Eureka Industries Approves Pre-Pack Insolvency and Onix Merger

Eureka Industries shareholders approved initiation of pre-packaged insolvency resolution process under IBC Section 54A to address financial stress.
Members approved in principle the Base Resolution Plan including amalgamation of Onix Renewable Limited into Eureka with name change to ONIX RENEWABLE LIMITED.
Shareholders regularized Mr. Chaitanya Pandya as Executive Director and appointed him as Managing Director at ₹50,000 monthly remuneration.
Ms. Avani Shah was regularized as Non-Executive Independent Director for five years following her appointment in March 2026.
