The 13th Annual General Meeting was held on Monday, September 28, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM), without physical presence of shareholders. Voting Process and Methods
The company provided remote e-voting facility through NSDL from Friday, September 25, 2026 at 09:00 a.m. (IST) to Sunday, September 27, 2026 till 5:00 p.m. (IST). Additionally, e-voting facility was provided to shareholders present at the AGM through VC/OAVM who had not cast their vote earlier.
The book closure period was from Tuesday, September 22, 2026 to Monday, September 28, 2026 (both days inclusive). Shareholders holding shares as on September 21, 2026 were entitled to vote.

Scrutinizer's Role and Findings
Ms. Kala Agarwal, Practicing Company Secretary (Membership No. 5976 & Certificate of Practice No. 5356), was appointed as Scrutinizer to review the remote e-voting and e-voting conducted during the AGM.
The scrutinizer downloaded data from NSDL e-voting system (https://www.evoting.nsdl.com) in the presence of two witnesses not employed by the company. The report confirms:
- 62 members voted in favor across all resolutions with 20,040,560 valid votes cast (100% of valid votes)
- 5 members voted against across all resolutions with 5 valid votes cast (0.0% of valid votes)
- No invalid votes were cast
- All seven resolutions were passed with requisite majority
The scrutinizer is maintaining the register received from NSDL electronically and will hand over these records to authorized directors for safe keeping after the Chairman signs the Minutes.
