The Board of Directors, based on the recommendation of the Board Nomination and Remuneration Committee, unanimously approved the appointment of Mr. Sanjay Shrinarayan Baldua (DIN: 06924268) as an Additional Director designated as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director.

Effective Date and Term

The appointment is effective from 07 August, 2026. Mr. Baldua shall hold office up to the date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, subject to approval of shareholders and applicable regulatory provisions.

Mr. Baldua holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from the University of Mumbai and possesses over 35 years of extensive knowledge and experience in garment merchandising, manufacturing, production management, operations management, production planning, sourcing, and sampling. He has demonstrated expertise in managing teams, optimizing operational processes, and driving efficiency and excellence across the apparel manufacturing value chain.
