Everest Industries Invests ₹15 Cr in Subsidiary EBPL

Everest Industries Limited disclosed investment in wholly owned subsidiary Everest Buildpro Private Limited via a Rights Issue allotment on March 25, 2026.
EBPL allotted 154,150 partly paid-up equity shares at Rs. 8,299/- per share; Everest Industries paid Rs. 14,99,87,950/- on application at Rs. 973/- per share.
Everest Industries retains 100% shareholding in EBPL before and after the transaction; deal is classified as a related party transaction at arm's length.
EBPL, incorporated March 31, 2023, is engaged in manufacturing Boards & Panels with FY2024-25 turnover of Rs. 15,68,47,000/-.
