Users can record live or upload files in MP3, WAV, M4A and other common formats, and can also paste a YouTube link to obtain a full transcript with highlights. The platform handles recordings longer than three hours without requiring file splitting. Unlike many competitors, VOMO provides unlimited transcription and unlimited “Ask AI” queries on its paid plans, allowing users to interrogate their recordings in natural language. The VOMO Skills module connects meeting notes to users’ AI agents, supporting integrations with tools such as Claude Code and OpenClaw, thereby enabling agents to search, summarize, and act on the knowledge extracted from meetings.
