Evexia Lifecare Appoints Tejas Soni as Statutory Auditor

Evexia Lifecare appointed M/s. Tejas K. Soni and Company as statutory auditor to fill casual vacancy from previous auditor's resignation.
The appointment was approved by the board on February 17, 2026, but disclosed with delay due to administrative oversight.
The new auditor is a Vadodara-based CA firm with ICAI peer review certification and no director associations.
The firm will serve for FY 2025-26 to complete the term of the resigned previous auditor.
