Announcement Overview

Evolve Green Energies, the flagship of Evolve Energy Group, announced a strategic roadmap to develop a 3 GW portfolio of owned renewable energy assets by 2030. The plan marks a shift from project execution to long‑term clean‑power generation and asset ownership, leveraging the Group’s capabilities in solar manufacturing, EPC, and O&M.

Financing Plan

To fund the pipeline, Evolve is raising structured debt for more than 300 MW of projects under development. Financing partners include Tata Capital, IREDA, Aseem Infrastructure Finance and YES Bank. The broader 3 GW target will be financed through a mix of project‑level debt, strategic equity infusions, and a future public listing, aligning capital deployment with each project's development and operating lifecycle.

Projected Generation & Emissions Impact

When fully operational, the 3 GW portfolio is expected to produce over 4 billion units of clean electricity each year and, over its projected lifetime, deliver more than 100 billion units. The company estimates the assets will avoid approximately 3 million tonnes of carbon emissions annually, contributing significantly to India’s decarbonisation goals.
