Exhicon Events Media Board Meeting for Main Board Migration

Exhicon Events Media Solutions Ltd intimated a board meeting on April 20, 2026, to consider migration from BSE SME to main boards of BSE and NSE.
The migration proposal will be evaluated under Chapter IX of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018.
The board may also discuss other matters with the permission of the chair.
