The asset-light model features developer-funded CAPEX, converting project spend into execution revenue via subsidiary Exhicon Global Development.
The 10-year O&M agreement provides 35% revenue share for years 1-3 and 30% thereafter, covering exhibitions, events, and ancillary revenues.
This is the company's 5th multipurpose venue signed in two years, strengthening its design-build-operate positioning and asset-light transition.
