Exicom Tele-Systems announced $5.5 million OCD conversion in its Dutch subsidiary, reducing its holding to 92.23% from 100%.
The announcement sent Exicom shares up over 4% on BSE, trading at Rs 123.08, a ~2% rise from Rs 120.81.
Revenue grew 41% YoY to Rs 277 crore in Q3 FY26, while net loss widened 39% to Rs 68 crore.
Stock has risen ~48% in one month despite a 26% decline over the past year.
