Exide Industries Limited has entered into a long-term strategic cooperation agreement with ExCom Energy Solutions GmbH, Germany on 15th September 2026. The agreement establishes a close commercial and technical collaboration between the two companies focused on developing the European market for industrial battery business across the European Economic Area (EEA).

The collaboration will initially focus on:
- Traction batteries for motive power applications serving material-handling equipment and logistics operations
- Stationary energy storage systems for industrial, infrastructure and energy storage applications
All products offered under this cooperation will be marketed and sold under the "ExCom" brand throughout the EEA market.

ExCom GmbH will act as the central commercial and technical interface for customers in the region, leading:
