Experian announced Adam Crozier, current BT Group chair, will become chair-designate on May 12, succeeding retiring chair Mike Rogers.
Mike Rogers, after nine years on Experian’s board and seven as chair, will step down after the annual general meeting.
Crozier previously chaired Whitbread (owner of Premier Inn) and online retailer ASOS, bringing extensive leadership experience per CEO Brian Cassin.
