Exxaro Tiles Incorporates Dubai WOS Aresta Trading

Exxaro Tiles Limited incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary 'Aresta General Trading FZE' in Dubai's Jabel Air Free Zone on 23rd March 2026.
The WOS has a share capital of AED 1,00,000 (1,000 shares of AED 100 each) and will engage in trading of all types of tiles.
The subsidiary is yet to commence business operations; Exxaro Tiles will pay AED 1,00,000 as cash consideration for 100% shareholding.
