Pursuant to and in continuation of an earlier intimation regarding shareholder approval, the company has informed the exchange that the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has approved the change of its name from "Fabtech Technologies Cleanrooms Limited" to "Fabtech Cleanrooms Limited".
The Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre, issued a fresh Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name dated 18th May, 2026. Consequently, the company's name is officially changed to "Fabtech Cleanrooms Limited" with effect from 18th May, 2026.
The certificate, signed by Assistant/Deputy Registrar of Companies Sabari Raj, confirms the company's Corporate Identification Number (CIN) remains L74999MH2015PLC265137 and that it is a company limited by shares. The document notes that the company was originally incorporated as "Fabtech Turnkey Projects International Private Limited".
As per the note on the certificate, this change does not affect the rights and liabilities of stakeholders. However, the company is obligated under Section 12 of the Act to display its old name for a period of two years along with its new name at all places where it is required to display its name.
