Dr. Aruna Kamineni retired as Non-Official Independent Director of The Fertilisers And Chemicals Travancore Limited effective May 5, 2026 after completing her one-year term.
Her cessation from the board also results in her exit from the Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
