The remaining funds are earmarked for inorganic growth through acquisitions and other general corporate purposes.

For the financial year ended 31 March 2025, Fascinate Textiles reported revenue of Rs 60.25 crore and a net profit of Rs 5.81 crore. The company operates an integrated manufacturing facility producing a range of garments for men, women, and children and supplies large‑format retailers and wholesalers in domestic and international markets.

The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on 14 August, refunds and credit of equity shares to demat accounts on 17 August, and listing on NSE Emerge on 18 August.
