Fedders Holding Limited has scheduled a meeting of the Board of Directors to be held on Friday, May 29, 2026 at the Registered office of the Company at C-15, RDC, Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad-201001, Uttar Pradesh.
The primary agenda of the meeting is to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The financial results will be reviewed by the Audit Committee prior to board consideration.
In accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of results. All designated persons and insiders have been advised to refrain from dealing in the shares of the Company during this closure period.
