Federal Bank Allots 25,910 Shares Under ESOS

Federal Bank allotted 25,910 equity shares (face value ₹2 each) on March 25, 2026 under two ESOS schemes.
1,500 shares were allotted under ESOS 2010 and 24,410 shares under ESOS 2017 to option grantees.
Allotments were approved by the Nomination, Remuneration, Ethics and Compensation Committee post payment by allottees.
