ESOP Share Allotment Details
The Bank has made the following allotments of equity shares after payment by the allottees, as approved by the Nomination, Remuneration, Ethics and Compensation Committee:
- ESOS 2010 Scheme: Allotment of 2,875 (Two Thousand Eight Hundred and Seventy-Five) Equity Shares with face value of ₹2 each on July 25, 2026
- ESOS 2017 Scheme: Allotment of 3,03,341 (Three Lakh Three Thousand Three Hundred and Forty-One) Equity Shares with face value of ₹2 each on July 25, 2026
- ESIS 2023 Scheme: Allotment of 15,500 (Fifteen Thousand Five Hundred) Equity Shares with face value of ₹2 each on July 25, 2026
Total Allotment: 321,716 Equity Shares
