The Bank has made the following equity share allotments to Option Grantees upon exercise of stock options, as approved by the Nomination, Remuneration, Ethics and Compensation Committee:

- ESOS 2017 Scheme: 144,808 equity shares of face value ₹2 each allotted on September 08, 2026
- ESOS 2023 Scheme: 102,750 equity shares of face value ₹2 each allotted on September 08, 2026
- ESIS 2023 Scheme: 3,550 equity shares of face value ₹2 each allotted on September 08, 2026
