Allotment Details
The Nomination, Remuneration, Ethics and Compensation Committee approved the following allotments after payment by allottees on June 24, 2026:
- ESOS 2010 Scheme: 4,500 equity shares (face value ₹2 each) allotted to option grantees
- ESOS 2017 Scheme: 146,175 equity shares (face value ₹2 each) allotted to option grantees
- ESOS 2023 Scheme: 300,000 equity shares (face value ₹2 each) allotted to an option grantee
