Federal Bank Allots 62,111 ESOP Shares

Federal Bank allotted 62,111 equity shares to employees upon exercise of stock options under ESOS 2017 Scheme.
The allotment was approved by the Nomination, Remuneration, Ethics and Compensation Committee on April 20, 2026.
Shares have a face value of ₹2 each and were allotted after receipt of payment from the option grantees.
Disclosure made to NSE and BSE as a regulatory compliance requirement under listing obligations.
