Federal Bank Appoints Manikandan M as New CFO

Federal Bank's Board appointed Mr. Manikandan M as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel effective May 1, 2026.
Current Executive Director & CFO Mr. Venkatraman Venkateswaran will be relieved from CFO role effective April 30, 2026 close of business.
Mr. Manikandan M is a qualified CA, CS, and CPA with 12+ years banking experience, currently serving as Head of Financial Reporting.
The appointment complies with SEBI LODR Regulations and Section 203 of Companies Act, 2013, with the new CFO reporting to Executive Director.
