Federal Bank allotted 2,17,212 equity shares under ESOS 2010 and ESOS 2017 schemes on March 22, 2026.
Allotments include 6,100 shares under ESOS 2010 and 2,11,112 shares under ESOS 2017, each at ₹2 face value.
The allotment was approved by the Nomination, Remuneration, Ethics and Compensation Committee upon payment by allottees.
