Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Book of the Company shall remain closed from Friday, 21st August, 2026 to Thursday, 27th August, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the 16th Annual General Meeting.
