Fiem Industries Reschedules Board Meeting to May 30

Fiem Industries rescheduled its board meeting from May 25 to May 30, 2026 due to administrative reasons.
The board will consider and approve audited financial results for Q4 and FY ending March 31, 2026.
The meeting will also consider recommending a final dividend for the financial year 2025-26.
The trading window remains closed until 48 hours after the financial results declaration on May 30.
